1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the services provided by lura.ng (referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.
2. Nature of Service & Disclaimer of Transactions
The Platform provides artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot software intended to facilitate customer interactions for independent sellers. We are exclusively a software provider. We are not a marketplace, broker, payment gateway, or a party to any transaction between you (the Seller) and your customers.
- You retain full responsibility for the quality, legality, delivery, and safety of the products or services you sell.
- We do not process physical orders, handle shipping, or manage customer refunds for your buyers.
- Any disputes arising between you and your buyers must be resolved strictly between the involved parties.
⚡ AI Limitations & "Hallucination" Waiver
Our service utilizes advanced Generative AI models. Due to the inherent nature of machine learning, the AI Agent may occasionally generate incorrect, inappropriate, or unintended responses (commonly known as "hallucinations").
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not warrant that the AI will always provide 100% accurate information, pricing, or product details to your customers.
- Seller Oversight: You are strictly responsible for reviewing the conversation history and setting strict boundaries ("Raw Knowledge" parameters) to guide the AI.
- Zero Liability for AI Statements: Under no circumstances shall lura.ng be held liable for lost revenue, damaged reputation, or unfulfilled promises resulting from a statement, discount, or guarantee erroneously made by the AI to your customers.
3. Prohibited Content & Usage
You agree not to use the Platform to sell, promote, or facilitate anything that violates local or international laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal drugs, regulated substances, or dangerous goods.
- Fraudulent schemes, unauthorized multi-level marketing (MLM), or deceptive practices.
- Adult content, sexually explicit material, or escort services.
- Products that infringe upon third-party intellectual property or copyrights.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these rules, without prior notice or refund.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lura.ng, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms of Service.
- Any claims made by your customers regarding your products, services, or interactions with your AI Agent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall lura.ng be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
6. Service Modifications & Uptime
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
